- Domestic and international shipping: We prepare orders on the next business day and ship them with tracking. Within Mexico, estimated delivery takes 1 to 5 business days. For other countries, the estimated cost and delivery timeframe are displayed at checkout and may vary due to customs procedures.
- Orders containing preorder items: We will ship the entire order once all records are available. If you prefer to receive them separately, place two separate orders or cover the additional shipping cost.

- You have up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.
- We accept returns for defective or incorrect products, shipping errors, or a change of mind. For change-of-mind returns, the record must be unused and in its original packaging.
